- Download a theme from http://chromespotcom/forumdisplay.php?f=19. Look for a file named default.dll.
- Open folder C:\Users\[user_name]\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\0.2.149.29\Themes for Vista. For XP, go to C:\Documents and Settings\User\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\Application.2.1.149.29\Themes.
- Replace default.dll file in the Themes folder with default.dll you just download.

Changing Google Chrome Theme
Just like Opera which you can change the theme, you can do same thing to Chrome.
